You are gone now and there is nothing we can do. Its unfortunate things had to come down this way, I saw potential in you, you just strolled down the wrong path. I didn’t know you too well, but I can say we developed a connection in Beacon, Snoopy Surfers. Those were the times, lived in bliss, uncorrupted by the world. You were a good guy and though you ended up on the wrong side of things, you will always be a good guy in my image of you. Great smile, firm handshake, I had nothing but respect for you. I never thought someone I knew would leave this planet so soon, it’s not fair, just last Thursday I gave you a good handshake; it was good seeing you, I was blessed with being in your presence before this unholy event. I still can’t believe it. It took a loss of a life for people to recognize your significance, we should have cherished you through and through. What’s worst is society has now reduced you to a number, a statistic, one tombstone in a mountain of graves, a name, they can’t see your image, they can’t feel our pain, they can only watch from the television screens and think to themselves “My God, what a tragedy”, you deserved more than this. But we can’t take this as the finishing blow, we can’t cry in hopes of your return. Because its not the end, you have left me with a lesson and hope. So I will live my life to its fullest, for your and my sake. A clean slate is out there somewhere, let any regrets or mistakes paint for you the perfect afterlife.

RIP Victor Zheng, you will be missed dearly.
